Delete your MentMate account
MentMate — the Anonymous Mental Health App (AMHA) — is developed by ebenzotoo. Use this page to request deletion of your account and personal data if you can't use the in-app option. The fastest route is in the app: Settings → Delete account, which deactivates it immediately.
What gets deleted
- Your account and login
- Your alias
- Your email address
- Your mood entries and reminders
- Your community posts and comments
- Your session and consultation history
- Your push-notification tokens
What's kept, and for how long
- Your account stays recoverable for a 90-day grace period after it is deactivated — signing back in during that window restores everything. After 90 days it is permanently removed.
- Aggregated, anonymised statistics that cannot identify you may be retained.
- Anything a law or a valid court order requires us to keep.
How long it takes
Requests made through this form are actioned within 30 days. We email you when it's done; the 90-day grace period runs from that point.
